- Buy and sell orders
- Metal type, purity, weight, and value

App & Device Data
- Device type and app version
- IP address and general location (country or city level)
- App usage data for performance and security
Advance Payment & Order Data
- AED 100 advance payment status
- Payment confirmation, failed payment, cancelled payment, retry payment, refund, and transaction status
- Order ID, cart items, delivery/pickup/vault preference, scheduled time, store selection, and order history
- Balance amount payable after advance payment, where applicable
Payment Processing Data
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or complete payment credentials in the App. Payment providers may collect and process payment details according to their own privacy policies and security standards.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Enable buying, selling, and tracking of gold and silver
- Show real-time prices, charts, and portfolio data
- Process transactions securely
- Send price alerts, notifications, and important updates
- Improve app performance and user experience
- Meet UAE legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- To create and manage orders after successful advance payment
- To verify AED 100 advance payment status
- To manage pending, failed, cancelled, refunded, or completed payments
- To support payment retry, order cancellation, delivery, pickup, vault storage, and customer support
- To maintain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and UAE legal compliance
We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to Mint Wealth services.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited data only with:
- Trusted service providers (payments, hosting, notifications, analytics)
- Regulatory or legal authorities in the UAE when required by law
- Business transfers (such as mergers or acquisitions), if applicable
We may also share limited transaction and payment-related data with payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention providers, delivery/pickup partners, hosting providers, notification providers, and legal or regulatory authorities where required.
All partners are required to follow strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Order, payment, invoice, refund, cancellation, and compliance records may be retained for the period required by UAE laws, tax/accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, even after account deletion.

Mint Wealth is intended for users 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
