Mint Wealth is operated by Mint Jewels. This policy explains how orders, advance payments, price locking, fulfilment, and shipping work when you purchase through the Mint Wealth app.
Advance Payment & Order Placement
To place an order, you may be required to pay an advance amount as shown in the App at the time of checkout. Once the advance payment is successfully completed, your order is placed and a unique order ID is generated.
The advance payment confirms your intent to purchase and reserves the selected item for a limited period. The advance amount is applied toward the total order value shown in your order summary.
24-Hour Item & Price Lock
When an order is placed with a successful advance payment, the selected item is locked for 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.
During this 24-hour period, the order amount displayed in your order details—including the total price and balance due—remains fixed and does not change with live market prices for gold, silver, or related products.
This price lock applies only to orders with a confirmed advance payment and is valid for 24 hours from order placement. After this period, pricing and availability may change based on current market rates and stock.
Full Payment Deadline
You must complete the full remaining payment within 24 hours of placing your order with the advance payment. The balance due is shown in your order details in the App.
Full payment must be made through the payment methods available in the App. An order is considered fully paid only when the entire order amount has been successfully received by Mint Wealth.
Order Cancellation
If the full payment is not completed within the 24-hour window, your order will be automatically cancelled. The item lock and price protection will expire, and the item may become available for other customers.
Upon cancellation due to incomplete payment, the advance amount paid at order placement is non-refundable. This applies when the customer does not complete the balance payment within the allotted 24-hour period.
Non-Refundable Advance
The advance payment collected at order placement is non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Mint Wealth is unable to fulfil the order due to reasons attributable to Mint Wealth.
This includes cases where you choose not to complete the balance payment, cancel the order after placement, or allow the 24-hour payment window to expire without paying the full amount.
Order Fulfilment & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received and confirmed. Fulfilment timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, vault storage options, and delivery method selected in the App.
Delivery or collection options, estimated timelines, and any applicable shipping or handling charges will be shown in the App or communicated by Mint Wealth at or before checkout.
Delivery Areas
Mint Wealth currently serves customers within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability may depend on your location, product type, and order value. Some items may be available for in-store collection at Mint Jewels locations instead of home delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver on the estimated timelines shown in the App, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, public holidays, courier disruptions, or force majeure events. Mint Wealth will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
