Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mint Wealth mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Investment Disclaimer

The information provided in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial, investment, or trading advice. All investments carry risk, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Mint Wealth is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the information provided.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • To interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

Advance Payment

To confirm certain purchases, Mint Wealth may require an advance payment of AED 100. This advance payment is collected before the order is confirmed and is adjusted against the final order amount.

Once the AED 100 advance payment is successfully paid and the order is placed, the advance payment is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Mint Wealth is unable to fulfil the order due to reasons attributable to Mint Wealth.

If the user cancels the payment, the payment fails, or the retry payment window expires before successful payment, the order may not be confirmed.

Balance Payment

The AED 100 advance payment does not represent the full purchase price unless expressly stated. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms shown in the App or communicated by Mint Wealth.

Price Changes

Gold, silver, and jewellery prices may change based on live market rates, purity, weight, making charges, taxes, fees, and availability. Final pricing may be confirmed at checkout or before order fulfilment.

Cancellation

Confirmed orders may be cancelled only where cancellation is available in the App or approved by Mint Wealth. Cancellation approval may depend on order status, product availability, payment status, customization, delivery status, vault status, or compliance requirements.

Refunds

Refunds, where approved, may be processed to the original payment method or another method approved by Mint Wealth. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

The AED 100 advance payment is non-refundable after successful order confirmation, unless Mint Wealth cannot fulfil the order or a refund is required by applicable law.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is failed, cancelled, duplicated, or incorrectly charged, the user should contact Mint Wealth support. Mint Wealth may verify the transaction with its payment provider before confirming refund eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mint Wealth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
